The Kitchen Theatre, is a great way to explore Scottish produce and how to get the best from our game.
The best of Scottish food has always been at the heart of The GWCT Scottish Game Fair and every year visitors flock to The Kitchen Theatre to be inspired by well-known chefs and cookery experts.
The main remit is game cookery and you can watch popular names from the cookbook, restaurant and kitchen world.
The timetable is being finalised but here are some of the shows that will take place.

- Cookery demo using wild/fermented ingredients to enhance wild game
