A merry band of over 100 volunteers will return to ensure the smooth running of this year’s GWCT Scottish Game Fair.

Wearing distinctive purple polo shirts and green bibs, volunteers are easily recognisable.

Volunteers carry out numerous roles; anything from helping in the fishing, gundog and shooting areas, selling programmes, scanning entrance tickets, helping in the Food Hall or simply pointing visitors in the right direction.

Lots of volunteers return each year as they thoroughly enjoy being a part of the vibrant GWCT Scottish Game Fair team, with many choosing to volunteer for all three days.

If you’d like to volunteer, please complete the form below.

It’s a wonderful experience and you’ll be right there at the centre of everything happening!

What volunteers have said…

“Volunteering lets us meet people we may never have met had we not been in that place at that time,”

“There is always laughter and new experiences and an opportunity to learn whilst volunteering at the Scottish Game Fair.”

Linda Jackson, one of last year’s volunteers

“Being a volunteer on the day, no matter how long the shift, is always inspirational,”

“You get to work alongside a vast array of different individuals all motivated in agreement that our wildlife, nature and those who work for it, are well worth fighting for and supporting.”

Darren Mann, previous volunteer
