The GWCT Scottish Game Fair and NFU Mutual commit to tackling rural crime

Leading rural insurer NFU Mutual has been announced as the official insurance partner for The GWCT Scottish Game Fair this year, and the two organisations are aiming to shine a spotlight on the vital work being done tackle rural crime north of the border.
NFU Mutual will be hosting the Scottish Partnership Against Rural Crime (SPARC) on their stand, a multi-agency organisation that helps inform and protect rural communities. SPARC representatives will be on hand to share what they have been doing to support rural communities. Recognising the high losses and anxiety caused by rural crime, NFU Mutual has invested over £250,000 in support for SPARC over the past four years.
NFU Mutual was named the 2022 Which? Insurance Brand of the Year and offers home, farm, motor and business insurance with a particular focus on rural markets in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The GWCT Scottish Game Fair takes place from Friday 30 June to Sunday 2 July in the grounds of the beautiful Scone Palace in Perthshire and celebrates the very best of the Scottish rural and countryside lifestyle outdoors.
NFU Mutual will have a stand at the fair with agents will be on hand to greet visitors and chat to them about insurance queries and challenges. For the third year running, there will also be a complementary gin bar on its stand to showcase a selection of NFU Mutual’s commercial customers’ gins. There will also be teas, coffees and cakes on offer and a prize draw for the chance to win a luxury hamper.
