At Bogrow Farm we produce small batch charcuterie using our own free range rare breed pork, Luing Beef and wild local vension. This approach ensures we can make charcuterie with minimal food miles, high welfare and complete traceability. We sell our charcuterie at farmers markets, online and at a number of farm shops and delis.
