Last chance for GWCT grouse shoot draw
There’s not long left if you fancy trying to win an exhilarating day in pursuit of driven grouse in the wonderful Lammermuir Hills in Scotland, courtesy of the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust.
The prize draw closes next week but up for grabs is an unforgettable experience for one lucky winner and seven friends to spend the day grouse shooting on the 900-acre Burncastle Estate, near the former Royal Burgh of Lauder, which is situated 30 miles south of Edinburgh.
Owned by The Duke of Northumberland, it is thanks to his generosity that the GWCT is able to offer this magnificent prize for the 2023 season.
Not only does the extensive moorland around the Lammermuir Hills offer magnificent views for miles but it is also home to some of the best driven grouse shooting within Scotland.
Alongside the day’s driven grouse shooting will be a night’s accommodation for your team and their partners (up to 16 people) in a nearby hotel. The accommodation included will be for the night preceding the shoot although a second night may be agreed privately with the hotel at the prize winner’s cost.
Tickets are priced at £40 each and the draw closes at midnight on Tuesday, January 24th. The winner will be notified on February 3rd.
