The Kitchen Theatre, is a great way to explore Scottish produce and how to get the best from our game.

The best of Scottish food has always been at the heart of The GWCT Scottish Game Fair and every year visitors flock to The Kitchen Theatre to be inspired by well-known chefs and cookery experts.

The main remit is game cookery and this year, alongside popular names from the cookbook, restaurant and kitchen world.
