Air Ambulance gets Scottish Game Fair boost

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance service has raised £2,838,76 from operating the Shop & Drop facility and the buggy transport to and from car parks to the main entrance at the GWCT Scottish Game Fair.
An official statement said: “Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance wase delighted to provide services once again to visitors of The Scottish Game Fair 2023.
“Visitors armed with purchases from fantastic local vendors left their shopping in the safe care of SCAA volunteers, allowing them to fully enjoy their day, and tired legs were grateful for SCAA Buggies proving a taxi service back to their cars.”
Across the weekend 20 volunteers provided a fantastic service to those in need of assistance, helping them to fully enjoy their fair experience
SCAA fundraiser Claire Taylor added: “We are extremely grateful to have been invited back to The Scottish Game Fair this year.
“SCAA provide Scotland’s only charity funded air ambulance service, recently marking our 5,000th mission and it is only with support from the generous people of Scotland that we can continue to provide our vital life-saving service.”
