The vibrant and busy Food Hall at the 2012 Scottish Game Fair will once again provide a top showcase for the best suppliers. Your attention is drawn to the Trade Stand Regulations and the Food Hall Additional Regulations.

To apply for The Food Hall, please download the Food Hall Application Pack which includes all the forms you need, including a check list.

Once completed, please send these, together with your remittance by 24th February to:

Once the applications have been received, stands will be allocated giving priority to those who have previously exhibited within our policy of offering a broad and interesting range of products. We will confirm whether or not your application has been successful by the end of March.

Applicants can apply for multiples of 1.5m long frontage. You may apply for a larger space subject to availability. The space consists of a patch of grass in a marquee, with the frontage open to the public. There is a depth of 3m behind this front where stores may be kept.

The back of the space is the marquee canvas wall where you may put up banners and photographs to promote your stand. One end of the marquee is used for cookery/butchery demonstrations with chefs encouraged to use products from within the Food Hall.

If you are planning to camp at the site, limited facilities will be available from 1200hr on 28th June. The main Fair caterer stays open out of Fair hours. Showers and toilets are open for trade stand holders staying on site.
