Falconry

Falcons (and other birds of prey) are at the Fair.  There will be birds of prey demonstrations in the main arena each day with the opportunity for children to join in the fun.  Eagles, hawks and owls will also be flown and you will have the chance to see them up close at the special static display in Falconry Mews.

And there is more to attract the raptor enthusiast to the Falconry Mews – the largest gathering of birds, falconers’ equipment and falconry furniture in Scotland including:
