It really doesn’t feel like that long ago since our last Scottish Game Fair but time is flying, and before we all know it the 2018 Fair will be upon is. This year is a very special year for the Scottish Game Fair, as it marks our 30th anniversary. Preparations are well underway, and it really is going to be a year to remember as we plan our biggest and best Scottish Game Fair yet!

Our committee is working furiously away on a special programme of events to celebrate 30 years championing the Scottish countryside and conservation. The Estates Challenge is back for its second year (with another fantastic prize!) and this year will be open to estates around Scotland and the Four Nations International Gundog competition, which was won by England last year, is set to return. A huge amount of work is also being done on our fishing area and its enhanced programme after the success of last year’s event.

To mark this very special occasion, we’re working on a number of exciting new events, along with some firm favourites. We have a fresh new look and a brand new website to help us mark the occasion – we hope you like it! It’s been designed to help you plan your day in advance of the Fair, and it’ll help you stay up to date with all the latest news.

Once again, there will be a plethora of traders and businesses from across the UK represented, the trader application process is now open and we’re receiving hundreds of applications as the excitement for this year’s Fair builds.

The Early bird ticket offers are available online now so it’s a good time to take advantage of the offer. Our Early Bird advance offer gives a family of four (two adults and two children, aged 5-15 years) an exclusive 10% discount on the gate price with the added benefit of a free Gold Parking pass (worth £12). Be sure to take advantage of this offer while it’s on, great opportunity to plan an unforgettable family day out.

If you haven’t already, please do subscribe to our newsletter and keep an eye on social media to keep in touch and keep up to date with news and event updates as soon as they are revealed!

We look forward to seeing you at this year’s Fair.
