GAME & WILDLIFE CONSERVATION TRUST MEMBERS

• Members of the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust visiting The Scottish Game Fair benefit from a designated forward car park.
• Members, who should wear their membership badges, can enjoy the Members' Enclosure and bar where lunch and refreshments are served.
• Wilde Thyme, one of Scotland’s premier event caterers is proud to be taking over the catering in the members' enclosure at The Scottish Game Fair.
• There will be soup and light lunches for those who either have less time or are less hungry or, for the more generous appetite, there will be Perthshire lamb hotpot, Scottish seafood, rare Angus beef salad or a ploughman's lunch plus other options.
• Children are most welcome (menus from £4.50) and little picnic boxes will be available with crayons and colouring books.
• Throughout the day coffee, tea, shortbread, cakes and pastries will be available. 
• Demonstrations are run daily in the Food Hall on cookery, buthcery and food preparation.  On Sunday Wilde Thyme's Catering Director, Andrew Hamer, will demonstrate mouth-watering creations from oysters, pigeon, venison and Scottish berries. So whether you are able or unable to come and have lunch, please come along and have a look at these demonstrations in the Food Hall.
• The Caledonian Brewing Company is generously sponsoring the 2008 Members' Enclosure.  
• Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust members in Scotland will receive more details of the Fair in June with their car pass and membership badges.
